2008-06-22 :: update on THE DIET

Well....so far.... Ive lost ONLY two pounds.... but... its a start...... I really wanna go to Burger King -SO VERY BAD- and most days I feel like if i see another leaf of lettuce or piece of boiled chicken im gonna scream!!!! But im "STAYING STRONG"!! lol.... At night when I watch my news programs...My Larry King- Nancy Grace- GretaVanSustren- & yes ----> BILL O' REILLY(i love to hate him).... I try to force myself to do crunches and lunges during the commercial breaks.... I have NOT been to the gym YET (even tho I said I would).. I have however been using the sauna A LOT... you get in there and SWEAT IT ALL OUT!!!! When Im in it- I FEEL LIKE A FKN PORKCHOP ON A GEORGE FORMAN GRILL!!!
